The vertical mill is one of the most versatile machine tools. Our shop is equipped with multiple vertical machines and we do the bulk of our machining of prismatic parts on them.

When a design gets too complex for 3-axis milling, we have the option of moving it over to our 5-axis machine. This lets us produce complex contours and surfaces that are extremely difficult to machine any other way.
A big benefit of 5-axis milling is that it lets us combine what would be several operations into a single setup. That’s good for both speed and quality.
CNC machining of cylindrical shapes is fast, precise, and highly repeatable. In addition to facing and turning outside diameters, we can machine bores and produce tapers and conical shapes.
Our lathes are suitable for producing shafts, hubs, collars, couplings, and similar parts, in quantities from one to 10,000+.
